Returns

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Customers outside the European Union may only return items where required by applicable law or as described in this policy.

Please contact us at support@kaufyo.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kaufyo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will, where appropriate:

Issue a full refund, or
Send a replacement item at no additional cost.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for approved claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or required by applicable law:

Used or damaged products caused by improper use.
Products returned without original packaging (where legally permitted).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items, where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under your local laws.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your request has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or where required by applicable law.

European Union Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
